Great video. I like how he talks about putting in the right clinical scenario for the undifferentiated dyspneic patient that could go either way. I also like the one on one with the interviewer at the end when he is talking about some different scenarios one could encounter. Oh one last thing, I think A lines for new ultrasonographers are also like the NSR of EKGs. You need to be exposed to enough of them so that you know when you have something else like B lines (not NSR). Ok. I'm done.
